It’s been a while since I’ve been on the radio!

But this time I’m happy to be on the other end of the mic supporting KVRU 105.7 FM and StorySonic on KUOW!

I started volunteering for KVRU in 2023 teaching youth radio making. Since then, the station was sold and the new owners are focused on making a hyper-local, community radio station for and by the South Seattle community.

I’m really excited for all the possibilities that come with getting community voices on the air, and the chance to grow StorySonic into a legit nonprofit that teaches youth (or anyone!) to make stories for radio and podcasts!
